Hallo ihr Lieben und herzlich Willkommen in unserer schönen 2er WG.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei getrennt begehbare Zimmer, eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit Balkon die auch als Gemeinschaftsraum fungiert sowie über ein Badezimmer, ein separates WC, einen kleinen Abstellraum und einen Flur von dem alle Räume abgehen.
Das Zimmer selbst hat einen sehr schönen quadratischen Schnitt und verfügt über knapp 15 Quadratmeter.
Das Bett hat die Maße von 140x200 Meter.
Allgemein ist der Raum sehr schön hell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Direkt vor dem Fenster welches in den Innenhof geht steht ein schöner grüner Baum.
Für den Fall das Du es gern dunkel hast beim schlafen gibt es sogar elektrische Rollläden.
Das Zimmer und die ganze Wohnung ist komplett mit allem was auf den Fotos zum sehen ist ausgestattet sodass du wirklich nur Deine persönlichen Sachen mitbringen braucht. Alle Möbel sind entweder neu oder mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert worden.
Der Preis beinhaltet ein "All inclusive" Paket sodass du dich um nichts mehr kümmern musst. In den Nebenkosten sind enthalten: Internet (Wlan), Smart TV zum streamen von Netflix und co., Möbelmiete, Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Versicherung, u.v.m.
Keine versteckten Kosten! Es kommt nichts mehr dazu!
Hello everyone and welcome to our beautiful 2-person shared apartment.
The apartment has two separately accessible rooms, a cozy kitchen-living room with a balcony which also functions as a common room, as well as a bathroom, a separate toilet, a small storage room and a hallway from which all rooms lead off.
The room itself has a very nice square shape and is almost 15 square meters.
The bed measures 140x200 meters.
In general, the room is very bright and comfortably furnished. There is a beautiful green tree right in front of the window that looks into the courtyard.
If you like it dark when you sleep, there are even electric shutters.
The room and the entire apartment are fully equipped with everything you can see in the photos, so you really only need to bring your personal belongings. All furniture is either new or has been restored with great attention to detail.
The price includes an “all inclusive” package so you don’t have to worry about anything. The additional costs include: Internet (Wi-Fi), Smart TV for streaming Netflix etc., furniture rental, electricity, water, heating, insurance, and much more.
No hidden costs! Nothing more will happen!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Liftstock in der Anzengrubergasse Nr.10 im 5. Gemeindebezirk an der Grenze zum 4.Bezirk Nahe dem Hauptbahnhof.
Franz und ich wohnen gleich im Nachbarhaus in der Anzengrubergasse Nr.8.
Ich würde die Lage für Wien eher als ruhig oder "gemütlich" bezeichnen....allerdings bist Du in zwei Minuten unten auf der Wiedner Hauptstraße, wo schon deutlich mehr los ist.
Falls du gern Joga machst kann ich das "Joga Loft" auf der Wiedner Hauptstraße wärmstens empfehlen, das ist meiner Meinung nach das beste Studio in Wien.
Wenn du eher raus ins Grüne willst bietet sich der Alois Drasche Park an den du in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreicht oder auch das nicht allzu weit entfernte Erholungsgebiet am Wienerberg wo es tolle Laufstrecken und einen natürlichen Badesee gibt.
Möchtest Du die Öffis nutzen findest du in fußläufiger Entfernung die Station Südtiroler Platz (U1) und den Hauptbahnhof von Wien.
Mit der U-Bahn Linie U1 gelangt man in nur drei Stationen zum "Stephansplatz" um dort den berühmten Stephansdom und das Zentrum der Altstadt finden.
The apartment is located on the 5th elevator floor at Anzengrubergasse No. 10 in the 5th district on the border with the 4th district near the main train station.
Franz and I live in the house next door at Anzengrubergasse No. 8.
I would describe the location as quiet or "cozy" for Vienna....however, in two minutes you can be down on Wiedner Hauptstraße, where there is a lot more going on.
If you like yoga, I can highly recommend the “Joga Loft” on Wiedner Hauptstraße, which is, in my opinion, the best studio in Vienna.
If you'd rather get into a park there's the Alois Drasche Park, which you can reach in two minutes on foot, or the not-too-distant recreation area at Wienerberg, where there are great running routes and a natural swimming lake.
If you would like to use public transport, you will find the Südtiroler Platz station (U1) and the Vienna main train station within walking distance.
The U1 subway line takes you to “Stephansplatz” in just three stops where you will find the famous St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the center of the old town.
Das andere Zimmer ist von Laura einem sehr netten Mädel aus Irland bewohnt.
