In meiner WG wird mit 1.Juli ein gemütliches Zimmer frei. Es ist schön hell, liegt jedoch nordseitig und ist damit auch im Sommer kühl. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 60m^2 groß, befindet sich im 4. Stock (es gibt einen Lift) und so siehst du neben den Häuserdächern auch immer ein Stück Himmel beim hinausschauen.

With the 1st of July there’s a very lovely room of 20m^2 for rent (the flat is in total 60m^2). There is some good amount of light in the flat and also in your room, but because it is orientend northern it doesn’t get hot there during summertime. Your Room will be on the 4th floor, but we do have an elevator and you may not only see houses while looking out of the window but rooftops and the sky. For more information feel free to slide into my dm’s. 😊
In 10 Gehminuten bist du beim beliebten Yppenplatz mit seinen vielen Cafes und am anschließenden Brunnenmarkt, aber auch der Kutschkermarkt lässt sich in 10min zu Fuß erreichen. Billa, Denns, DM, Hofer und ein supergroßer Interspar befinden sich in 5-minütiger Reichweite. Sowohl die U6 Station Michelbeuern, wie auch die Straßenbahnstationen für die 44er/43er liegen 5min entfernt. Damit bist du super schnell in der Innenstadt oder aber auch beim Westbahnhof und in Meidling.
Within 10min you reach the Yppenplatz with it’s nice Cafe’s and chill area, and with that the famous Brunnenmarkt. Also the Kutschkermarkt is 10min away from the flat. The next park from our flat is the Türkenschanzpark up the hill, which you can easily reach by foot. Also within 5mins you reach Billa, Denns, DM Hofer and Spar. Near the flat there’s also the Subway Station U6 Michelbeuern, as well as tram stations for tram 43 and 44. So you can reach University within 10mins from there, but also be at Westbahnhof or Wien Meidling within 10-15min.
Ich, deine Mitbewohnerin, heiße Theresa, bin 21 Jahre alt und studiere Soziologie an der Universität Wien. Da wir zu zweit wohnen werden, gibt es noch kein WG-Leben. Aber ich würde mir wünschen, dass es keine Zweck WG wird und wir uns gelegentlich auf einen Kaffee oder ein Getränk deiner Wahl in der Küche treffen 😊.
Gemeinsame Kochabende wären auch schön, sind aber kein Muss. Falls du auch gerne laufen gehst, Fußball spielst oder singst/ ein Instrument spielst können wir da ja mal zusammen etwas unternehmen. 😊
Natürlich will jeder mal seine Ruhe haben und das wird hier auch respektiert.

I’m your Flatmate (w), 21 years old and currently studying Sociology at the University of Vienna. As we will be only 2 people in our flat I’d love to not only be casual roommates but maybe also spend some time together in the kitchen and talk a bit, but don’t feel pressured to. 😊

Das Zimmer ist bereits möbliert und kann so übernommen werden. Willst du lieber deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen, dann lässt sich das aber bestimmt auch arrangieren. Die Kaution für dein Zimmer macht insgesamt 650€ aus.
The room is already furnished and in the flat there is pretty much everything you need to move in. If you prefer bringing your own furniture we can arrange that as well! The deposit for the room all in all is 650€.
