The apartment is around 60m2, with 2 big rooms, it has a bigger bathroom with a toilet at the entrance, plus a separate toilet accessible just from your room, so it will be your private one.
There’s also a terrace with a small garden outside, which is just for us (no shared use), and a big creepy cellar🤣 (with a lot of space for stuff to store)
I will have the room with the kitchen, which is not great for me, but I'm hoping to find someone with normal daily hours so it should not be an issue. I'm a morning person, and I try to go to sleep moderately early, so as long as nobody is trying to cook at 2 am, I wouldn't mind at all.
The room will be available from 1st of July.
Your Room is 17m2 with a separate toilet, and it will come with a bed and wardrobe; but I'm planning to get also a table and chair for work/study.
We could also take the rest of the stuff together, by renting a minivan and getting some used stuff from Willhaben.
The monthly costs is not yet sure, so this is the assumption of the monthly costs for everything:
Rent, heating, electricity, internet, GIS, insurance; around 500-550 a month.
I'm not taking in consideration shared costs for utilities in the apartment, like soap, washing machine and dishwasher products, etc, but the cost is really low.
There will be also a small deposit for the furniture, around 200e, that includes a new mattress and a new cover for it. Bed sheets and pillows are not provided, but we can go to get them together.
The apartment is really well located near the U2 Hardeggasse and different trams (25) and bus (86A, 87A, 26A) .
To get to the Pratestern station (2nd district) takes 25 minutes by U2 and for the Universitat Wien 35min.
I also enjoy going to Donau from time to time for a long walk with my dog and it takes approximately 30 minutes on foot.
About me:
I’m a Bachelor student in my last year, and I work part time as Software Developer. With me lives my big mixed Labrador Zeus, 9yrs, neutered.
I work from home mostly of the time and go to the office, 2/3 days a week.
I would like to find a female flatmate, that I can also share my time with, cook together, drink a sip of wine outside in the summer or going to the Danube together from time to time, watch Netflix; I do also need time for myself, but in principle I would like to get along with the person I'm living with and not to live with a complete stranger.
This is not a party WG but I'm also fine to invite some friends over, in the summer, to drink some wine or beer in the garden, but of course just if previously discussed (meaning just a quick whatsapp message); if one of us need some rest, it's definitely not nice to have people coming over unattended.
I’m happy to accept also another dog in the flatshare, as my dog is usually friendly with almost everyone, so should be no problem.
