Das Zimmer wird zur Zeit als Wohnzimmer genutzt. Es ist hell; ein Schreibtisch, Regal, Fernseher (für gemeinsame Nutzung) und ausziehbare (Schlaf)couch sind vorhanden. Es hat eine Dachschräge, ein Fenster und ist absperrbar. Die genaue Größe des Zimmers kenne ich leider nicht, es ist aber das größte in der Wohnung. Außerdem sind ein Bad, eine geräumige Küche und ein Flur in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Zirndorfer Bahnhof, daher gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Nürnberg und Fürth. Die Gegend ist ruhig, der Wald ist zu Fuß erreichbar. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Zirndorfer Innenstadt, zum nächsten Supermarkt braucht man 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Ich bin ein freundlicher, aufgeschlossener und toleranter Mensch, mit dem man gerne auch was zusammen unternehmen kann. Privatsphäre wird aber genauso respektiert. Ich habe vorher noch nie in einer WG gewohnt aber bin gespannt auf neue Erfahrungen. Die Aufgabenverteilung wird in einem Haushaltsplan festgelegt.
Neben mir wohnen hier auch noch 2 Katzen.. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, alles kann mitgenutzt werden.
