Es gibt ein kleines Extrazimmer für die Waschmaschine incl. Anschluss und Lagermöglichkeit für die Schmutzwäsche. Auch dieses Zimmer hat ein Fenster.

Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz in der Nähe vom Zentrum. Die Hochschulgebäude,das Stadtbad, das Kronenkino oder die nächste Kneipe sind gleich um die Ecke. Eigentlich ist alles sehr gut in Zittau zu erreichen - egal, ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad.
Gemeinsames Kochen bietet sich an. Das wird auch leidenschaftlich gern genutzt. Die Küche ist aber auch groß genug für individuelles Hantieren.
Praktische Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber.
