Hi,
the apartment is long-shape. It has a equipped small kichen which is connected with flur, right near the door. Bathroom is also adjacent with the flur. More deep inside is the large sitting room, with several cabinets, refrigerator, a single sofa and eating table. Due to that I have shared the apartment with my roommate, so the sitting room is for now my place, which is studying room and bedroom. Go through the sitting room, you enter the bedroom(which is place of my roommate), where is also equipped with basic furniture like bed, study table, clothing cabinet. In conclusion, it is comfortable for couple, but also suitable for close friends.
The location is Rochusstr.30, which is perfect! You need only 3 min to get to the closest bus station Minoritenstr. and only 5 min to get to Bushof. There are groceries, pizzas and laundry shop(but we also have washing machine in keller) around within 3 min walking. There are also KITA at the corner of buildings, which will be convenient for family with children.
Within about 500m there is REWE, Express, Netto, Nobis and so on, making it quite easy to bring something home when you are off from working or studying.
You can also reach university libraries and semi-90 within in 10 min. It is really friendly to students, if you don't have time for cooking, just go to Mensa after studying in library :) Besides, Ponttor is also in front of your eyes, where is full of snacks and bars.
The apartment is fully furnitured. We have washing machine in the keller, which was just bought in April this year. The small kichen has 2 stoves and 1 small refrigerator, but we also have a large refrigerator in sitting room. And it also includes 3 big cabnits to store your stuff, eating table, studying tables, 1 large clothing cabnit in bedroom, the fee for furnitures (also including equippments in kichen and bathroom) is 950 euro in all by the way.
As to pet, a cat is allowable. Little dogs are also welcomed, but needs extra insurance.
