Ab dem 1. September steht diese Altbau-Wohnung im schönen Westparkviertel zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung: alle Mieter sind freundlich, nett und ruhig. Draußen und im Keller gibt es die Möglichkeit ein Fahrrad abzustellen. Auf dem Dachboden gibt es einen Trockenraum für Wäsche. Einen Waschkeller gibt es nicht, aber die Möglichkeit die eigene Waschmaschine in der Wohnung anzuschließen (alternativ: ein Waschsalon ist neben dem Luisenhospital, ca. 2 min mit dem Bus).
Die Küchengeräte funktionieren alle einwandfrei. Die Arbeitsplatte ist jedoch aus nicht behandeltem Holz und dadurch mal eingebrochen, muss also ausgetauscht werden (dadurch gebe ich die Küche allerdings deutlich günstiger ab, als ich sie übernommen hab).
Alle anderen Möbel (140x200cm Bett inkl. Lattenrost ausgelegt für 300kg, Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel, Schuhschrank mit Spiegel, Vorratsschrank, klappbarer Tisch und Schreibtisch) sollen übernommen werden. Preis für alles inkl. Küche: 800, aber VB.

The apartment: all tenants are friendly, nice and quiet. Outside and in the basement there is a possibility to park a bike. In the attic there is a drying room for laundry. There is no washing cellar, but the possibility to connect your own washing machine in the apartment (alternatively: a laundromat is next to the Luisenhospital, about 2 min by bus).
The kitchen appliances are all working properly. However, the countertop is made of untreated wood and thus once broken in, so it must be replaced (thereby, however, I give the kitchen significantly cheaper than I took over).
All other furniture (140x200cm bed incl. slatted frame designed for 300kg, closet with mirror, shoe cabinet with mirror, storage cabinet, folding table and desk) should be taken over. Price for everything including kitchen: 800, but VB.

Die Lage: der Westpark ist in unter 1 Gehminute erreichbar. im Umkreis von 1 km liegen zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Alnatura, Netto, Rewe). Die Innenstadt erreicht man in 15 min. zu Fuß und das Super C und andere Gebäude der RWTH in ebenfalls 10-15 min zu Fuß.
5 min. entfernt liegt die Bushaltestellt Gartenstraße mit Bussen Richtung Uniklinikum (Campus Melaten) und Vaals alle paar Minuten.
Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche gute Dönerbuden und Schnellimbisse in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der direkte Nachbar Malikio bietet sogar gesundes Fastfood.
The location: the Westpark is reachable in less than 1 min. by foot. within a radius of 1 km there are numerous shopping possibilities (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Alnatura, Netto, Rewe). The city center can be reached in 15 min. by foot and the Super C and other buildings of the RWTH in also 10-15 min. by foot.
5 min. away is the bus stop Gartenstraße with buses to Uniklinikum (Campus Melaten) and Vaals every few minutes.
There are also numerous good kebab shops and fast food restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The direct neighbor Malikio even offers healthy fast food.

Die Vermietung möchte folgende Unterlagen bei Interesse nach Besichtigung (mit mir): Mieterselbstauskunft, Kopie des Personalausweises, Schufaauskunft, Kopie des Arbeitsvertrages. Für Menschen ohne eigenes Einkommen (Studenten, Schüler) nur Mieterselbstauskunft und Kopie des Personalausweises. Außerdem Schufaauskunft und Kopie des Arbeitsvertrages eines Bürgen.
The rental would like the following documents if interested after inspection (with me): Tenant self-disclosure, copy of identity card, Schufa (solicitar ahora) information, copy of employment contract.
