Die Neupforte ist ein Wohnheim für studierende Paare und Familien. Ohne Studienbescheinigung ist somit kein Mietvertrag möglich! Die Einladung zu einer Besichtigungs- und Vorstellungsrunde, erfolgt nach der Bewerbung über die Wohnheimsleitung (obiger Link!) und nicht über WG-gesucht. Bei Fragen im Vorfeld könnt ihr gerne Nachrichte an den WG-gesucht-Account senden.
Die Wohnung wird ab dem 01.05.2024 frei und kann bei Bedarf vollausgestattet übernommen werden was jedoch mit den aktuellen Mietern abgemacht werden muss.
Sie ist 47 qm groß (2 Zi, Bad, Wohnküche, Abstellraum) und befindet sich im EG.
In den Nebenkosten sind die Kosten für Internet und Fernsehen bereits inbegriffen.
Strom und Rundfunkgebühr sind nicht inbegriffen.
Die Gemeinschaft mit den anderen Mitbewohner*innen des Wohnheims ist ein wichtiges Merkmal des Wohnheims.

The Neupforte is a dormitory for studying couples and families. A rental contract is therefore not possible without a student certificate! You will be invited to a viewing and introduction round after you have applied via the residence management (link above!) not here. If you have any questions in advance, you are welcome to send messages to the WG-gesucht account.
The apartment will be available from 01.05.2024 and the furniture may be bought from the current residents.
It is 47 square meters in size (2 rooms, bathroom, living room/kitchen, storage room) and is located on the ground floor.
The costs for internet and television are already included in the utilities.
Electricity and broadcasting fees are not included.
The community with the other residents is an important feature of the dormitory.
