Shared room in a 2-person shared apartment with a good location

Apartment:

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. The bathroom and kitchen will be shared with the other person living in the apartment. My room is 24 square meters and will be delivered furnished. The room is always bright during the day and the orientation towards an inner courtyard makes it quiet. I will leave all the furniture in the pictures in the room and you are welcome to use it.

Location:

The shared apartment is located directly near the Scheibenstraße stop with a 4-minute walk from the bus stop or the train station Rothe Erde can be reached by bus in 5 minutes. There are a lot of turkish shops and grocery stores nearby. Penny, Aldi, Netto, and Rewe can also be reached in 5-10 minutes.

Living in a shared apartment:

Since the new person moving in will be living with my flatmate, who is from Pakistan and working as a software developer in Aachen. He likes to hang out in the living room, cook delicious food, and goes to the gym.

Miscellaneous:

The stated rent includes the costs of the basic rent and a flat rate for water, garbage, and the caretaker service. The additional costs include discounts for gas, electricity, and internet.
