Suchen zur Zwischenmiete einen nette Person, die unsere vollmöbilierte, kleine Wohnung mit tollem, großem Balkon nutzen möchte. Sie ist unterteilt in ein Arbeits/Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse und eine Wohn-Küche, von der aus man in den Eingangsbereich und auch zu Bad und getrenntem WC gelangt. Also eigentlich 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ruhig, trotzdem liegt sie aber perfekt für alle die in Richtung Uniklinik, Campus Melaten oder Informatikzentrum müssen. In die Innenstadt kommt man aber auch sehr schnell. Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit auch vorhanden. Freie Parklätze um die Ecke auch vorhanden.

We are looking for a sub- renter for the period of one month (see dates above, we can be a bit flexible). We are in holidays and if you need a nice, cosy furnitured and equipped flat with big balcony in Aachen during that time, contact us!!
Its a one room flat plus a big kitchen where we also set up a sofa to hang out. Small bathroom and seperate toilette. The neighbors are nice and the flat is well situated- near to Campus Melaten and the city center as well. There is free parking nearby and a busstop just in front of the door.
