The appartment consists of two rooms, a livingroom (29m²) and a bedroom (17m²). The entrance is at the livingroom, from there you get into the bathroom (4m²) and the kitchen (4m²). Between living room and bedroom there is a hall of about 7m².
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG im Hinterhaus eines Mehrfamilienhauses. In der Nachbarschaft wohnen viele junge Leute. Die Thomashofstraße ist eine ruhige Seitenstraße zwischen der Jülicher Straße und Passstraße. Der Stadtgarten liegt am Ende der Thomashofstraße, Bushaltestellen mit guter Uni-Anbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Umgebung.
The appartment is situated on the first floor of the rear building. A lot of young people live in the neighbourhood. Thomashofstraße is a silent by-road between Jülicherstraße and Passstraße. The urban park is at the end of the street in easy walking distance. Busstops with good connection to the university and shopping facilities are in 2-5 minutes walking distance.
In der Küche befindet sich auch eine Waschmaschine.
Aufgrund der Aufteilung ist die Wohnung für eine WG nicht gut geeignet.
