It is a nice and really cheap single apartment (partly furnished). And it is completely private. You will have a Bath room, WC and a kitchen for yourself as well as a balcony with an awesome view of the Westpark.
The rent is 260 Euros all inclusive.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking.
But the bad news is that there is no internet for you.
