Der Eingangsberiech ist auch sehr schön geschnitten und bietet noch weiteren Stauraum. Das Apartment ist möbliert zu vermieten, auf Wunsch aber auch unmöbliert. Das Schlafzimmer leigt nach hinten raus und ist somit sehr ruhig. Nach vorne gibt es auch einen kleinen Balkon im unverwechselbarem Altbaustil.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen, es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Stadt. Die RWTH ist sehr gut erreichbar. Zwei Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch ein Imbiss direkt gegenüber, wenn man es doch nicht geschafft hat zu kochen. Der Bahnhof Schanz ist in einer Minute fußläufig erreichbar.
The apartment is very centrally located but in a quiet environment. Two supermarkets nearly next door and a trainstation you can reach by a minute walk. The RWTH is also very easy to reach.
Vorranging denken wir daran, dass Apartment an eine/n Student/in zu vermieten. Falls Interesse besteht, könnt ihr euch gerne bei mir melden. Diese Wohnung ist auch perfekt für Paare geeignet.
