Ich vermiete meine helle große Wohnung ab August/September für 1 Jahr (bis Ende August 2021) unter!
Neben dem großen Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer gibt es eine separate Küche mit allem was man braucht (Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine), ein ausreichend großes Badezimmer und einen kleinen Balkon.
Geheizt wird mit einem alten Gasofen.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral zwischen Innen- und Altstadt am Suermondtplatz! Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar (Aquis Plaza, Rewe, Netto, Elisengalerie...). Haltestelle Elisenbrunnen ist ebenfalls innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof liegt 10 Minuten entfernt.
Zur RWTH kommt man innerhalb von 15 Minuten durch die Altstadt am Dom vorbei!
Die Möbel würde ich am liebsten soweit es geht drin lassen, könnte aber auch bei Bedarf die Couch, das Bett oder den Schreibtisch im Keller zwischenlagern.
Vor dem Haus gibts es ein paar Parkmöglichkeiten, für die man jedoch eine Parkausweis benötigt.
Internet kann für die Zeit mit übernommen werden.
Ggf. auch Wohnungstausch für Zeit (Berlin)!

I rent my bright and large apartment from August / September for 1 year (until the end of August 2021)!
In addition to the large bedroom and living room, there is a separate kitchen with everything you need (stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine), a sufficiently large bathroom and a small balcony.
It is heated with an old gas stove.
The apartment is super centrally located between the city center and the old town on Suermondtplatz! Many shops can be reached in 5 minutes (Aquis Plaza, Rewe, Netto, Elisengalerie ...). The 'Elisenbrunnen' stop can also be reached within 5 minutes. The main train station is 10 minutes away.
The RWTH can be reached within 15 minutes through the old town, past the cathedral.
I would like to leave the furniture in as far as possible, but could also store the couch, bed or desk in the basement if necessary.
There are a few parking spaces in front of the house, for which you need a parking permit.
Internet can be taken over for the time.
Possibly also exchange of apartments for time (Berlin)!
