Die Wohnung ist ca. 84 m² groß und besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, einer kleinen Toilette und der Küche. Ausgestattet sind wir mit allem, was man so brauchen könnte: einer vollständigen Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefriertruhe, Spülmaschine, einer Waschmaschine, sämtlichen Küchenutensilien etc.
Die Möbel bleiben alle in der Wohnung, Du musst also keine Möbel mitbringen, nur gute Laune :). Im Wohnzimmer sind auch einige Gesellschaftsspiele, die wir über die Zeit da lassen würden.
Die Miete beträgt 690€ „superwarm“, das heißt inbegriffen ist Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten, Strom, Gas, Internet und eine Hausratsversicherung. Ein Abschlag für die Möbel würden wir für diesen kurzen Zeitraum nicht verlangen, aber bitten darum alles zu ersetzen was kaputt geht (Gläser oder ähnliches).

The apartment is about 84 m² and consists of two bedrooms and a living room, a bathroom with shower and bath, a small toilet and the kitchen. We are equipped with everything you might need: a complete kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, all kitchen utensils etc.
The furniture will be staying in the apartment, so you don't have to bring any furniture, just good mood :). In the living room are also some parlour games stored that we would leave there.
The rent is 690€ "super warm", that means including the base rent, utilities, electricity, gas, internet and a household insurance. We would not ask for a discount for the furniture for this short period of time, but we would ask you to replace anything that breaks (glasses or similar).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Frankenberger Viertel und liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Rothe Erde (ca. 200m.). Von dort kommt man direkt Richtung Köln oder Richtung Aachen Hbf/ Aachen West. Ansonsten gibt es noch zwei nahegelegene Bushaltestellen (Elsassstraße und Goerdelerstraße) von wo aus man ebenfalls recht schnell ins Zentrum und zur Uni kommt. Mit dem Fahrrad dauert es aber auch nicht unwesentlich länger.
Es gibt verschiedene Supermärkte & Discounter in fußläufiger Entfernung (Edeka, Netto, Aldi). Für den schnellen Hunger kann man sich auch in der Elsasstraße Pizza, Döner & Co holen.
Ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar sind zwei Parks, der Frankenberger Park mit der Frankenburg und der Kennedy-Park mit Skatepark, sowie Möglichkeiten zum Basketball- und Fußballspielen. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Gyms.

The apartment is located in the Frankenberger Viertel and is close to the train station Rothe Erde (approx. 200m). From there you can go directly to Cologne or Aachen central station/Aachen West. Otherwise, there are two nearby bus stops (Elsassstraße and Goerdelerstraße) from where you can also reach the city centre and the university quite quickly. By bike it takes not insignificantly longer.
There are several supermarkets & discounters within walking distance (Edeka, Netto, Aldi).To go for a snack you can also get Pizza, Döner & Co in the Elsassstraße.
Also within walking distance there are two parks, the Frankenberger Park with the Frankenburg and the Kennedy Park with a skate park, as well as possibilities to play basketball and soccer. There are several gyms in the vicinity.
