Wir suchen für unsere gemütliche Wohnung eine(n) Nachmieter(in) zum 1. Mai. Wir ziehen am 31.03.2021 aus, jedoch wird diese Wohnung im April renoviert und für dich hergerichtet. Es werden alle Böden neu verlegt, das Bad bekommt neue Fliesen und die Wände werden natürlich gestrichen. Die Wohnung ist gut alleine zu beleben, zu zweit ist es sehr kuschelig. Da wir beide von zu Hause arbeiten, haben wir uns eine größere Bleibe gesucht.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Bar, die zu spaßigen Abenden mit Freunden einlädt. Zudem ist es sehr hell und man hört nicht viel von den Nachbarn und verfügt über ein Lichtbad. Sie ist in fußläufiger Nähe zur Innenstadt, Parks, Edeka, Penny und einigen Unigebäuden. Es gibt einen Wäscheraum mit Waschmaschinen für die Bewohner.

Einige Möbel können nach frühzeitiger Absprache gegen ein kleines Geld übernommen werden.

Das Abstellgleis ist sehr nahe an der Wohnung, jedoch hört man nur gelegentlich in der Nacht und tagsüber die Rangierarbeiten (nichts für sehr leichte Schläfer).

Besichtigungen gerne ab 18 Uhr.

Die Eigentümer wünschen jemanden mit regelmäßigem Einkommen und Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht.

After six years in this apartment, we are moving out on 31st of March. The owner will renovate the apartment throughout April, for it to be ready for you from 1st of May on. There will be a complete renovation! All the floors will be renewed, bathroom tiles will be changed and the walls will be repainted.

The apartment is a bit spacious for singles and a bit cosy for couples. First thing first, it has a lovely bar where you can enjoy your Feierabendbier with friends or sometimes even alone. If you don’t know what a Feierabendbier is, this place might not be for you. Directly in front of the building, you have the bus stop Reumontstraße, although it is actually on Mozartstraße. This flat may not have a balcony but in 10 minutes you can reach Alterklinikumspark for grilling, or take 5 more minutes to reach Hangeweiher for a paddle boat trip. Three minutes to Penny, ten minutes to Edeka, Aldi and Lidl. Right next to the building is Fachhochschule Fachbereich 8, the Mechanical Engineering faculty of FH, where I also studied. You may wash your dirty laundry using the washing machines in the basement for about 2.30€.

If you need, we can talk about leaving some furnitures for you.

Beware that right next to the building there is a train parking area and it may not be suitable for light sleepers. But we never heard any noise from our neighbours. Landlord wants someone with regular income and pets are not desired.

You may visit the house during the week after 6 o’clock and maybe even stay for a Feierabendbier.
