11 qm Zimmer in zentraler 4er WG (keine Zweck WG)

- Zimmer:
Dein Zimmer liegt an der Ostseite und ist hell. Es ist zwar nicht besonders groß, aber dadurch, dass es ein extra Wohnzimmer und ein Arbeitszimmer gibt (wo du gerne deinen Schreibtisch aufbauen kannst) gibt es trotzdem sehr viel Platz in der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmer, 1 großes Wohnzimmer, 1 Küche, 1 Arbeitszimmer, 1 Bad mit Dusche und Toilette und eine weitere Toilette. Zudem gibt es einen Abstellkeller mit Waschmaschine, sowie einen Fahrradschuppen. Die Wohnung ist also echt sehr groß und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für gemeinsame Aktivitäten, lernen, kochen usw.

- WG-Leben:
Ein gemeinsames WG leben ist uns sehr wichtig! Dazu gehört, dass man oft zusammen kochtund isst, mal abends zusammen trinkt, Freunde einlädt und evt auch mal zusammen ausgeht... halt ein normales WG leben und KEINE Zweck-WG.

- Erwartungen an dein Profil:
du solltest einfach Lust auf Gemeinschaft haben, ein offener, toleranter Mensch sein, in der Lage sein Konflikte entspannt zu lösen und ein bisschen Wert auf Sauberkeit legen (oder zumindest sauber machen, wenn man dich darum bittet). Außerdem solltest du in deiner Nachricht an uns das Wort "Kartoffelsalat" einbauen, damit wir wissen, dass du dir das Zeugs hier durchgelesen hast :)

- Ansonsten noch paar Infos zu uns:
Wir sind alle 26 Jahre alt und studieren im Master/Bachelor in Aachen.
- Ana ist Portugiesin (sie ist die Person, die auszieht)
- David macht gerne Sport (hauptsächlich Volleyball, Fußball und Fitnessstudio) und kocht sehr gerne.
-Lenny ist sehr musikalisch (Klavier und Chor) und diskutiert gerne über alles Mögliche.
-Deniz kommt aus der Türkei (sie spricht auch Englisch und Deutsch) und studiert Maschinenbau und ist ebenfalls sehr musikalisch (Gitarre).

- Room:
Your room is east-facing and bright. It's not particularly big, but since there's an additional living room and study (which you're welcome to put your desk in), there's still plenty of space in the apartment.

The apartment has a total of 4 bedrooms, 1 large living room, 1 kitchen, 1 study-room, 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and another bathroom just with toilet and sink. There is also a storage room in the basement with a washing machine and a separate bicycle shed. The apartment is really big and offers many possibilities for joint activities, learning, cooking, etc.

- WG life:
Living together in a flat share is very important to us! This means that you often cook and eat together, have a drink together in the evening, invite friends over and maybe even go out together... live in a normal flat share and NOT in a functional building flat share.

- Expectations of your profile:
You should simply enjoy the community, be an open, tolerant person, be able to resolve conflicts in a relaxed manner and place a little value on cleanliness (or at least clean when requested!). We will prioritize people in similar age ranges as us. Also, be sure to include the word "potato salad" in the beginning of your message to us so we know you've read through all of this stuff :)

We are all 26 years old and studying for a master's/bachelor's degree in Aachen.
- Ana is Portuguese (she is moving out)
- David enjoys sports (mainly volleyball, football and gym) and is very fond of cooking.
-Lenny is very musical (piano and choir) and enjoys discussing all kinds of things.
-Deniz is from Turkey (she also speaks English and German) and is studying mechanical engineering and is also very musical (guitar).
