I am subletting my apartment for initial 4 months, with the possibility to fully take over by end of August since we will likely be relocating to a new city (I will inform you as soon as we know when we're moving). City registration will only be possible when we fully hand over to you. It is also possible for two persons to share the apartment. The rental agreement can also start earlier in May.
The available space (about 34 sqm at the moment) consists of a small living room, a bedroom, separate kitchen, toilet and bathroom. There is an ongoing construction work planned till end of June, after which the apartment gets an additional room and will increase to about 46 sqm.
We will leave most of our furniture and equipment which includes kitchenet with utensils, microwave, fridge, washing machine, bed, mattress etc, so you don't really need to bother buying much. If you would like to take over the apartment at the end of the sublet, we can negotiate how much you pay for whatever we will leave behind (we plan to leave most furniture and equipment while relocating).
The rent (including neben cost) is about €545. However, there are additional costs for Gas, electricity, internet etc which amounts to €195 monthly. So in total, everything costs €740 monthly (no further hidden costs).
The caution fee is €600 which will be refunded at the end of the sublet.

The apartment is located at the city center, Rudolfstraße. Every important public transport (and most destinations actually) is reachable by foot - it takes 3 to 4 minutes to Hansemannplatz, Blücherplatz and Kaiserplatz, 5 minutes to Scheibenstraße, less than 10 minutes walk to Bushof and about 16 minutes walk to the Hauptbahnhof. So you don't have to worry about transport connections. There are numerous shopping possibilities too. The building is located on a one-way street, so you don't hear much noise.
The rent (including neben cost) to be transferred to the landlord is €596. However, there are additional costs for heating, electricity, internet and radio which amounts to €155 monthly. So in total, everything costs €750 monthly. If you will live alone, we can reduce the additional cost.
