ich bin der aktuelle Mieter und suche ein/e Nachmieter:In für diese Wohnung.
Wohnung
Die helle Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in 2 Zimmer.
Sie ist nach hinten zum Innenhof und Garten gerichtet und generell sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit großen Fenstern und Pakettboden ist sie sehr gemütlich. Ich ziehe nur aus weil ich mit Freund:Innen in eine WG ziehe.
Dusche und WC sind im Treppenhaus und werden wöchentlich von einer Gebäudereinigungsfirma gereinigt.
Die Wohnung verfügt somit über kein eignes Badezimmer sondern die Bäder werden von allen Parteien genutzt. Ich habe mich schnell daran gewöhnt und die Badezimmer sind eigentlich immer frei.
Das Haus ist nur von Studenten und Studentinen bewohnt.
Lage
Die Wohnung ist 5 min von der TH entfernt.
Sie ist nur 2 Minute zu Fuß von der Haltestelle Bendplatz entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein Lidl (7 Min.), der Rewe Citiy am Driescher Gässchen (8 Min.) oder ein kleiner Tante Emma Laden die Rütscherstraße runter, daneben befindet sich auch ein Bäcker.
Sonstiges:
Die Wohnung ist ab sofort beziehbar. Den Bartisch mit den Stühlen würde ich gerne für einen Abschlag dort lassen, ebenso die Jalousien (Plissees im Schlafzimmer). Ich würde dafür gerne insgesamt 180€ nehmen.

I am the current tenant and looking for a new tenant:In for this apartment.
Apartment
The bright apartment is divided into 2 rooms.
It is directed to the back to the inner courtyard and garden and generally very quiet. With large windows and parquet floor it is very cozy. I move out only because I move with friend:inside in a WG.
Shower and toilet are in the stairwell and are cleaned weekly by a cleaning company.
The apartment does not have its own bathroom, but the bathrooms are used by all parties. I quickly got used to it and the bathrooms are actually always free.
The house is only inhabited by students.
Location
The apartment is 5 minutes away from the TH.
It is only a 2 minute walk from the Bendplatz bus stop. Shopping possibilities are a Lidl (7 min), the Rewe Citiy at Driescher Gässchen (8 min) or a small Tante Emma store down the Rütscherstraße, there is also a bakery next to it.
Other:
The apartment is available for immediate occupancy. The bar table with the chairs I would like to leave there for a discount, as well as the blinds (pleated blinds in the bedroom). I would like to take a total of 180€ for it.
