The flat is located in Aachen-Eilendorf on the regional train Aachen-Cologne and is therefore conveniently situated. It takes only 15 minutes by regional train to Aachen West, very close to the TH. The motorway access to Aachen, Düsseldorf and Cologne is excellent, a spacious green area with old trees and a playground is just around the corner as well as a kindergarten.
