The flat is located in a quiet location and is on the second floor of a house with just 3 apartments. Currently there is a bedroom with a double bed, cupboard, chest of drawers and chairs. The living/dining room has a sofa, computer-station, cupboard, armchair, TV with a built-in DVD player, and a dining table with 4 chairs.
Should you wish to take the apartment as a "WG" with 2 separate bedrooms we would refurnish the current lounge/dining toom accordingly with a bed, to make it suitable for a second person. There is enough space in the kitchen to use together to cook and eat and both rooms have keys so can be used as self-contained, lockable rooms.
The separate kitchen has just been renovated and has inductions plates, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils, cutlery, crocks, pans, cleaning utensils, vacuum cleaner etc. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash-basin.
There ia a washing machine and drying room in the cellar.
Private free parking in front of the house.
The flat is quiet but close to the town with the bus-stop only 2 minutes away, minimum 4 connections per hour from early morning until well past midnight.
You reach the university, the student area of „Pontviertel“ and the town directly with the bus in 12-15 minutes. The University Hospital can also be reached directly by bus from Richterich.
Richterich has a complete infrastructure and offers everything you need for your daily needs with supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bakeries and a chemist all within 5 minutes on foot.
The motorway is 2-3 minutes by car and you reach the Dutch border within minutes.
The flat is completely-furnished, you can simply move in - you just need to bring sheets and towels. Ideal for a single person, couples or for 2 students - since we have 2 separate lockable rooms leading off the kitchen.
The charges of Euro 695.- cover all of your costs for the furnished apartment plus heating, water, waste etc. Electricity will be charged extra according to actual usage and internet also has to be registered and charged separately (we will help you with this if you wish)
Please note no smoking is allowed in the flat.
