Die Wohnung ist renoviert (neues Bad/neue Küche) und liegt im 1. OG. Wir (mein Mann und ich mit unseren beiden Söhnen (3 und 1) uns unsere Katze) suchen einen netten Mieter/nette Mieterin, da unsere bisherige Mieterin nach 3 Jahren ausgezogen ist. Der Garten kann zum Teil mitbenutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in Baiersdorf/Hagenau. Der Bus fährt zweimal die Stunde nach Erlangen (am Wochenende auch bis halb 2). Die S- Bahn in Baiersdorf (alle 20 Minuten nach Erlangen und Bamberg) ist mit dem Rad in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Erreichbar bin ich zu ganz unterschiedlichen Zeiten. Zur Not eine sms schreiben, dann melde ich mich.
