Ich suche einen Nachmieter für Mitte September. Die Wohnung hat 2 Flure, ein großes Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und eine kleine aber feine Einbauküche mit Blick auf den Balkon. Der Balkon ist riesig und ca. 9 Meter lang. Das moderne Bad hat eine Dusche.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt und die Wohnung ist nicht WG geeignet. Gewünscht sind ruhige Mieter. Im Haus wohnt die Vermieterin. Sie ist sehr nett und kümmert sich sofort um alles, falls etwas ist. Ich ziehe nur aus der Wohnung aus, da ich mit meinem Freund etwas größeres gesucht habe. Ansonsten würde ich meinen „happy Place“ niemals verlassen ;)
