Für meine 4-Zimmer-Wohnung in Bamberg Marienstraße suche ich einen
Zwischenmieter ab sofort bis maxi Sept 2023.
Warmmiete 900 € plus 1 Monat Kaution.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und sofort bezugsfertig. Die Möbel sind zwar nicht mehr modern aber noch im guten Zustand.
Da die Wohnung WG geeignet ist, Könnte ich mir gut vorstellen, an 2 bis maxi 3 Personen zu vermieten. In diesem Fall würde die Warmmiete in Höhe von 900€ bleiben. Allerdings müsste ich dann einen kleinen Pauschalbetrag für Nebenkosten berechnen.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 5 min entfernt.
Energieausweis laut Gesetz nicht erforderlich.
