**SUCHEN WOHNUNGSTAUSCH BARCELONA 🔄 BERLIN**

Hi! Wir sind Julia (25) und Jonas (33) aus Berlin. Wir lieben unsere Stadt, da sie vieles zum Entdecken bietet, wie Kultur, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Freizeitaktivitäten, Ausflug ins Grüne, Nachtleben, Shoppen, leckeres Essen! Genau so gerne mögen wir aber auch die wunderschöne Stadt Barcelona, daher suchen wir jemanden mit dem wir unsere schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mitten im Zentrum für einen bis zwei Monate (flexibel im Zeitraum September bis Dezember) tauschen können! Die Wohnung ist komplett Richtung Süden ausgerichtet, hat einen großen Balkon, der vom Wohnzimmer aus erreichbar ist. Die Lage ist in direkter Nähe zum Alexanderplatz, der zentralste Punkt in Berlin mit einer Vielzahl an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, U-Bahn, Tram, aber auch CarSharing, BikeSharing, etc stehen zur Verfügung. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants usw. sind auch schnell zur Fuß erreichbar. Auch ein großer Supermarkt befindet sich direkt nebenan.

Wir sind absolute Foodies und Sportliebhaber, kochen gerne, erkunden auch gerne neue Restaurants und stehen für Tipps in unserer Stadt jederzeit zur Verfügung. Falls ihr die coolste, größte und unserer Meinung nach schönste Stadt Deutschlands besuchen wollt, meldet euch bei uns. Da wir das Meer und den mediterranen Flair Barcelonas vermissen, freuen wir uns auf einen tollen Austausch!

**SEARCHING FOR APARTMENT EXCHANGE BARCELONA 🔄 BERLIN**
Hi, we are Julia (25) and Jonas (33) from Berlin. We love our city because it offers a lot to discover, such as culture, sightseeing, leisure activities, excursions into the countryside, nightlife, shopping and, most importantly, delicious food! But we also like the beautiful city of Barcelona just as much, so we are looking for someone with whom we can exchange our beautiful 2-room apartment in the center for one to two months (flexible in the period September to December)! The apartment is completely south facing, has a large balcony which is accessible from the living room. The location is very close to Alexanderplatz, the most central point in Berlin with a variety of public transportation, metro, train, but also CarSharing, BikeSharing, etc. are available. Many landmarks, restaurants, etc. are also within walking distance. There is also a large supermarket right next door.

We are absolute foodies and sports lovers, enjoy cooking, like to explore new restaurants and are always available for tips in our city. Need tips for navigating our city? We've got you covered! If you're up for experiencing Germany's coolest, biggest, and in our humble opinion, most beautiful city, hit us up. **BUSCANDO INTERCAMBIO DE APARTAMENTOS BARCELONA 🔄 BERLÍN**

¡Hola! Somos Julia (25) y Jonas (33) de Berlín. Adoramos nuestra ciudad por sus infinitos descubrimientos: cultura, monumentos, actividades de ocio, excursiones al aire libre, vida nocturna, compras y una gastronomía deliciosa. Pero también estamos enamorados de la encantadora ciudad de Barcelona, ¡por eso estamos buscando a alguien con quien intercambiar nuestro apartamento durante uno o dos meses (flexible entre septiembre y diciembre)! ¡Nuestro acogedor apartamento de 2 habitaciones, justo en el centro, está disponible para quien quiera!

Nuestro hogar está bañado por la luz del sol, orientado al sur, con un amplio balcón accesible desde la sala de estar. Situado cerca de Alexanderplatz, el bullicioso núcleo de Berlín, está rodeado de una variedad de opciones de transporte público: metro, tranvía e incluso servicios de intercambio de coches y bicicletas. Además, encontrarás muchas atracciones, restaurantes y más a poca distancia a pie, ¡incluido un supermercado conveniente justo al lado!

Somos auténticos amantes de la comida y aficionados al deporte, cocinamos delicias culinarias y siempre estamos dispuestos a explorar nuevos lugares para cenar. ¿Necesitas consejos para moverte por nuestra ciudad? ¡Estamos aquí para ayudarte!
