Wegen eines Auslandsaufenthaltes suche ich eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Basel. Die Wohnung ist ca. 5 Min. Fussweg vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und ideal für Pendler geeignet. Sie ist komplett mobiliert und mit allem ausgestattet, deshalb auch Ferienwohnungs-tauglich.
Im Quartier sind Geschäfte (Coop, Migros, Denner...) und Cafés/Restaurants/Kneipen. In der Nähe ist auch das Dreispitzareal (Kunst/Ausstellungen) und man ist schnell im Grünen (Bruderholz/Margaretenpark). Die Wohnung ist geeignet für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar.
