Hi,
unsere Wohnung wird ab Oktober frei, da wir beide ins Praktikum gehen. Die Wohung wäre erst mal bis März (Zeitraum verhandelbar) frei, evtl sogar unbefristet!
Sowohl für Pärchen, als auch WG geeignet.
Die Lage ist eine guter Mix aus allem.
Unsre WG ist ca.150 Meter vom Röhrensee/ Stadtrand entfernt, zum Studentenwald ist es also auch nicht weit.
In die Innendtadt ist man mit dem fahrrad 4min unterwegs und zur Uni schafft man es in 5 (wenn man es mal ganz eilig hat). Alles ist aber auch easy zu Fuß zu erreichen und die nächste Bushaltestelle nur 200m von der Haustüre weg.
Zum Studentenrewe läuft man ungefähr 2min und Netto, Real usw. erreicht man locker in 5min mit dem Fahrrad.
Ein großes Plus der Wohnung sind das Wohnzimmer und der Balkon auf dem im Sommer auch ab und an mal gegrillt wird.
Die Küche ist mit Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler(!!) ausgestattet.
