Actualmente me estoy mudando con mi pareja y me gustaría sumergir mi lugar pacífico durante un largo o corto plazo, dependiendo de sus necesidades 😊

Sobre mi casa:

Tengo un apartamento de 2 habitaciones situado en Adlershof (12489), una zona agradable, súper tranquila y segura en el sureste de Berlín - pocas estaciones después del parque Treptower.

El apartamento es de 45m2, completamente amueblado con todos los electrodomésticos, dormitorio, salón, cocina independiente, baño grande y amplio sótano para el almacenamiento. Es muy luminoso y situado en la primera planta.

Hay un supermercado frente a la casa, así como gimnasio (McFit) y cafeterías y restaurantes cercanos.

-S-Bahn Adlershof es 14min caminando / 2 paradas en autobús
- Conexión de tranvía a Schöneweide, al cercano impresionante Köpenick y Friedrichshagen (Müggelsee)

POSSIBILITY OF WG!!! – Tengo una cama supletoria y muebles que pueden convertir el salón en un segundo dormitorio 😉

About my house:

I have a 2-room apartment located in Adlershof (12489), a nice, super quiet, and safe area in south-eastern Berlin - few stations after Treptower Park.

The flat is 45m2, completely furnished with all home appliances, bedroom, living room, separate kitchen, big bathroom and spacious cellar for storage. It is very bright and located at the 1st floor.

There´s a supermarket in front of the house as well as gym (McFit) and nice cafés and restaurants nearby.

Super comfy queen size bed ✨

-S-Bahn Adlershof is 14min walking / 2 stops by bus
-Tram connection to Schöneweide, to the nearby stunning Köpenick and Friedrichshagen (Müggelsee)

~ 950€/ month everything included - gas, electricity, hot water, unlimited heating and high-speed wifi connection ~

POSSIBILITY OF WG!!! – I have an extra bed and furniture that can turn the living room in a second bedroom 😉
