INTRO: I have a flat in the 'golden triangle' KREUZBERG / NEUKOELLN & FRIEDRICHSHAIN. It's still a secret... shhhh ; ) The best location - you've got the SPREE, TREPTOWER PARK and 3 trend districts of Berlin on your doorstep.
THE FLAT: The flat is on the 3rd floor of a nice apartment block. Great views over one of the greenest parts in Berlin from my balcony.
I have a KITCHEN with a fridge, freezer and electro oven and a seating area. BATH ROOM with bath and shower and washing machine. The LIVING ROOM has a double couch (can be extended to sleep on), a 40 inch TV, DVD Player and balcony.
The BEDROOM has a comfy double bed, a desk and chair. I am happy to make some space for you in my double waredrobe.

AREA: You are in no time in XBerg for plenty of bars, clubs, restaurants, Kneipen and cafes. Super great typical Berlin athmoshere!
TRANSPORT: Treptower Park is your nearest station (10min by foot, 5 min by bike). From there you can easily get into the city centre with the S-Bahn (train).
AIRPORT: You can take a train directly from airport SCHOENEFELD (Berlin/ Brandenburg) to Treptower Park. It's a great connection. It only takes 40min.
SHOPPING: Local supermarkt and great BIOmarket less then 5 min walk. There is also a shopping centre less then 10 min walk away.
YOU: Ideally suited for anyone (single, couple, two friends) who is in Berlin for a holiday, business or visiting friends / family : )
BICYLES & PARKING: I have 2 bicycles you can use while you here (deposit). Free parking on street. Please enquire beforehand.
AVAILABILITY: There might be a chance to extend your stay. We can chat about it while you here if you interested.
PRICE: £330 for 10 days. £33 per night. 7 nights minimum.
