Ich fahre vom 09. Sep. bis zum 09. Okt. 2015 in den Urlaub und suche einEn ZwischenmieterIn für meine Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist 45 m2 groß und hat 2 Zimmer (ein kleines Zimmer mit einem großen Bett und ein großes Wohnzimmer, welches ein Schlafsofa für Gäste hat). Auch ein kleiner, gemütlicher Balkon ist vorhanden, so dass du am Vormittag die Sonne genießen kannst.
Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Frische Kräuter fürs Essen findest du auf dem Balkon. Eine Waschmaschine steht im Bad. Internet und WLAN hast du auch. Und wenn du möchtest, kann ich gern auch Bettwäsche zur Verfügung stellen.
Bedingung: keine Haustiere und Raucher.
Also, meld dich einfach und komm vorbei!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend in Alt-Treptow. Direkt an der Grenze zu Kreuzberg und Neukölln.
Die U-Bahn Stationen Hermannplatz und Schlesisches Tor sowie die S-Bahn Station Treptower Park sind nicht weit entfernt (ca. 1,5 km). Direkt am Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle.
Ich wünsche mir einen netten Menschen, der meine Sachen und meine Wohnung so gut behandeln, wie ich es tue ;-)
