Willkommen in dieser traumhaft schönen 2-Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung! 
Da mein Partner und ich verreisen, vermieten wir sie für den oben genannten Zeitraum unter. 

An das sonnige Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Couch schließt direkt der Südbalkon an, welcher zum sehr großen und ruhigen Innenhof mit Garten gelegen ist.
Die Abendstunden kann man im Sommer auf dem Balkon gemütlich beim Abendessen, Vino trinken, quatschen oder lesen verbringen. 

Das Schlafzimmer ist ebenfalls zum ruhigen Innenhof gelegen und hat ein Rollo, sodass man es jederzeit dunkel machen kann. 

Die Einbauküche im Landhausstil ist ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und Wassersprudler. 
Im Essbereich gibt es ein gemütliches rotes Sofa für lange Abendessen. 

Im Tageslichtbad gibt es nicht nur eine Waschmaschine, sondern auch einen Trockner, der wirklich super praktisch ist. In der Badewanne kann man sich abends bei einem Schaumbad entspannen. 

Die gesamte Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet und aus jedem Fenster hat man Blick auf grüne Baumwipfel. 

Wir fühlen uns in dieser Oase super wohl und hoffen, dass es euch genauso gehen wird :)





Welcome to this fantastically beautiful 2-room attic apartment! As my partner and I are traveling we are sub-renting for the above period. 
The south-facing balcony, which faces the very large and quiet inner courtyard with garden, is directly connected to the sunny living room with a comfortable couch. The evening hours can be spent comfortably on the balcony with dinner, drinking vino, chatting or reading. 
The bedroom also faces the quiet inner courtyard and has a roller blind so that you can make it dark at any time. 
The country-style fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker and water bubbler. In the dining area there is a cozy red sofa for long dinners. In the daylight bathroom there is not only a washing machine, but also a dryer, which is really super practical. In the bathtub you can relax with a bubble bath in the evening. 
The entire apartment is flooded with light and every window has a view of green treetops. 
We feel super comfortable in this oasis and hope that you will feel the same :)
