Zudem ist es eine Nichtraucher Wohnung. Rauchen und sonstiges bitte nur auf dem Balkon ;)

The apartment is in a quiet location, has a balcony, and no direct neighbours. So, no one will be peeking into the apartment :) From the living room and bedroom, you have a view of allotment gardens. To the rear, there is a courtyard with a small garden.
A forest for jogging/walking is about a 10-minute walk away. Also nearby is one of the Teltow canals and the Berlin Wall Path.
Public transportation:
- Bus M41 in 2 minutes on foot
- Bus 170 towards Spandau in 1 minute on foot
- Bus 265/170 towards Mitte/S-Bahn Baumschulenweg in 3 minutes on foot
- S-Bahn Baumschulenweg in 5 minutes by bus or 13 minutes on foot

- To S-Bahn Sonnenallee with access to the Ringbahn, it takes 10 minutes by bus M41.

Ein Wald zum joggen/ spazieren ist in ca. 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Ebenfalls vor der Tür einer der Teltow Kanäle sowie der Berliner Mauerweg.
