Our very spacious apartment is available from 1st January - 1st April. One of the rooms is available to rent from the 8th of Dec - 1st April, if you are interested in spilting the apartment then taking over it entirely on the 1st Jan.
The bright apartment is located directly near Sbahn Baumschulenweg (3 rooms). The rent for the place is €1500 per month (plus a months deposit).
The apartment is well furnished. We have 2 big rooms, one medium size room (can be used as an office, to have guests, yoga/mediation practice, studio etc) There is a balcony, a big kitchen with a pantry, bathroom with a bathtub. South facing windows on 3rd floor so it is very bright.
It is located very conveniently next to S-Baumshulenweg - which is 2 stops from the ring bahn and is direclty linked to S9 and S8 which stops at all major stations).
We are very close to Treptower, Neukölln and Kreuzberg.
What we love about the apartment is its close to nature: 5 mins walk to Plänterwald and the Spree, as well as Canals/Königsheide.
We have a big Edeka supermarket, DM and Rossman a few mins walk, and a Lidl also 5 mins away by walk also. Everything is here :)
