wir sind für 3 Wochen im Urlaub und möchten unsere Wohnung untervermieten.
Die Wohnung ist 106qm groß unnd verfügt über 3 separate Zimmer. Man kann hier also auch als Familie oder Freunde schlafen.
Here are Lotte and Marius. We`re going on Holidays in France and are looking for a trustworthy Person to sublet our beautiful 3 rooms city flat in Bergmannkiez.
Its a big Apartment, about 106 qm with kitchen and bathroom.
Its super central at U6/7 Mehringdamm, you can reach all areas of Berlin super comfortably. Its about 4 Stations to Mitte. Its 10 Minutes to Tempelhofer Feld.
We will be leaving at 17.7. - 14.8.
The rent will be around 1100 Euro, but its depends if you re renting all rooms. We could talk about price and time.
We just moved in, so there are some parts wich are not completely furnished. But its already super cosy and nice :)
We have some plants wich need some love and water.
Liegt super zentral an U Mehringdamm, hier fahren U6 und U7, sowie der M19 und 140 Bus. Die S Bahn Yorkstraße ist 10 Minuten entfernt.
Der Bergmannkiez ist um die Ecke. Hier kann nach Lust und Laune flaniert und gegessen werden.
Wir würden auch nur 2 Zimmer vermieten und den Mietpreis entsprechend anpassen.
