This comfortable, full equipped apartment offers a balcony and has 2 bright & cozy rooms. A huge kitchen, bathroom with tub and washing mashine, 1 separate bedroom (size of the bed: 140 x 200 cm) and an aditional living room with a day-bed (160 x 200 cm).
This place is an ideal spot to spend a relaxed time in the ‚natural'-heart of Berlin. You have a full furnished kitchen with all utilities to prepare a nice dinner. W-Lan is provided.
Located just 1 kilometer walking distance to S Treptower Park, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain. The closest train to metro S+U Neukölln is S-Baumschulenweg or S-Plänterwald.
The costs are 725€ for the stated term.

Located just 1 kilometers walking distance from Treptower Park, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain with convenience stores, breakfast & food spots, Bars and various food stores and a public transport hub. Around the corner, host a supermarket and tasty restaurants. Next to the door you can get in to the wood espacialliy for a trip into the magical Ex-DDR leisure park 'Spreepark' and the nice also huge Treptower Park and the Spree river. Take the bus (the station is only one minute ago) to X-Berg and Friedrichshain, also Neukölln.
You live there in a surrounding with nice neighbours. That's why:
- pets and parties are not permitted
- you are invited to smoke at the balcony
- you live at a shoes off apartment, please feel free to take one of the guest slippers
- there are 6 plants which need love and water sometimes
- No Registration for this flat at the citizen office!
- cash is real, no money transfer
The deposit i demand (500,-€) will be handed over in cash after the keys have been handed.
