We're renting out our home for two months: A fully equipped and nicely decorated maisonette with a roof terrace and great views (and elevator). Furnished, 2 living spaces, upstairs and downstairs, one bedroom. Ideal apt for a couple, but not suitable for a flatshare because of the open floorplan. Everything is all new, we were the first to move in about one year ago.
Schillerkiez in Neukölln, close to Tempelhofer Feld and bustling with new bars, restaurants and cafes. Between U Boddinstraße and U Leinestraße, ca. 5 min walk from both. It's the Hinterhaus and goes out towards the back, so very quiet despite being on Hermannstraße.
Emily and I (David) are renting out our space since we're both outside Germany for two months.
We're looking for someone who treats the place like they would their own, and handles it with care. Probably best if you are new to Berlin or just looking for a cozy place for 2 months, that is very well equipped, so you just have to bring your own clothes.
