I am subletting my East Side Gallery flat for the entire month of November(October 30 - November 2nd).
New building, very sought after location, Rummelsburger Platz bus station right next to the entrance and only 3 minute walk from Ostbahnhof (S-Bahn, Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, etc), 6 minute walk to Mercedes Arena Platz and to the East Side Mall. Restaurants and stores within short walking distance.
The flat is on the 4th floor with elevator, big windows facing East and South with nice views and no direct vis-a-vis, also the flat is light-filled all day. Possibility to store your bike(s) in the building’s common bicycle room.
The living space is approximately 58 square meters with floor heating.
Fully furnished with everything one can need. Everything you see in the pictures will stay (bed, wardrobe, desk, smart TV, ironing equipment, table & chairs, sofa, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dish washer, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, and all kitchen equipment in place)
