We are subletting our beautiful and fully furnished flat from 19.01.24 - 20.03.24. It's a very light and fully renovated flat in the 7th and 8th floor of an architectural building from 1987 right on Lake Tegel. There are 4 rooms, one bathroom, one guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. It's fully furnished with decent furniture, which is why the deposit is so high. You will definetely get all of it back if the place and furniture remains undamaged. There is one master bedroom facing the beautiful canal with floor deep windows; one kid's room / single room with floor deep windows facing the city; one spacious workspace with sleeping couch for 2; one living room with attached balcony; and a fully equipped kitchen.

Wir unter-vermieten unsere schöne und voll möblierte Wohnung vom 19.01.24 - 20.03.24. Die Maisonette Wohnung ist sehr hell und frisch renoviert im 7. und 8. Stock eines Architektenhauses aus dem Jahre 1987 und direkt am Tegeler See gelegen. Es gibt 4 Räume, ein Badezimmer, ein Gäste-WC, und eine Küche . Alles ist voll möbliert mit hochwertigen Möbeln. Daher auch die hohe Kaution, die ihr aber auf jeden Fall zurück bekommt, wenn die Wohnung samt Einrichtung unbeschädigt bleibt. Es gibt ein Schafzimmer mit Bodentiefen Nordfenstern mit Blick auf den Kanal, ein Kinderzimmer/ EIn-Personenzimmer mit bodentiefen Südfenstern mit Blick auf Berlin, ein großes Arbeitszimmer mit Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.
ENGLISH
Our house is standing right on the canal am Tegeler Hafen. It's located right on Lake Tegel with beautiful walks and Tegeler woods stretching to the north. The house is surrounded by gardens and pedestrian walkways.
We are located in the heart of Alt-Tegel with shopping, restaurants and bars close by.
It's a short walk to public transportation in U Alt-Tegel or S Tegel (U6 sadly is currently under reconstruction but replacement bus service works fine).
DEUTSCH
Unser Haus steht direkt am Kanal am Tegeler Hafen. Es liegt wunderschön am Tegeler See und Tegeler Forst. Das Haus ist von Garten und Fußwegen umgeben. Wir wohnen im Herzen von Alt-Tegel mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars direkt vor der Haustür. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in U Alt-Tegel und S Tegel (leider fährt die U6 im Moment wegen Rekonstruktion nicht, aber der Ersatzverkehr funktioniert hervorragend).

We are looking to sublease our apartment to someone friendly, reliable and trustworthy for 2 months. The apt is now perfectly equipped for a family with a child and a baby. We can remove all baby stuff if it is not needed. We will remove the personal stuff you see on the pictures for the sublease.

Wir suchen einen freundlichen und zuverlässigen Zwischenmieter für 2 Monate. Die Wohnung ist momentan ideal ausgestattet für eine Familie mit einem Kind und einem Baby. Falls nicht benötigt, können wir die Babysachen wegräumen. Die persönlichen Sachen auf den Fotos werden für die Zwischenmiete weggeräumt.
