2 bedroom apartment in Prenzlauer Berg for 2 months for rent.
We have to leave for two months and are therefore looking for one person who would like to stay in our apartment from November 18 to January 18. The price of 900 euros per month includes all expenses. On top of that, you will have to pay a 500 euro deposit, which we will repay immediately after our return.
About the apartment: we live on Wisbyer Strasse, on the second floor of a 4-storey building built in 1930. We will put all our belongings, including the kids' bed, in the kids' room so you can access the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The apartment has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, internet. You'll also be able to use a bike while you live in our apartment.
About who we are looking for: a quiet person who will not smoke in the apartment, organize parties and cause any inconvenience to the other residents of our building.
Our house is about the same distance from two stations on the S-Bahn Ring, "Prenzlauer Allee" and "Schönhauser Allee". It takes about 10 minutes to walk to them. Opposite our house, there is a tram stop, from which you can get to Mitte in the same 10 minutes on tram 12. The M13 tram runs at the same stop, and it connects Wedding and Friedrichshain.
