Über die Nachbarschaft:
Auf dem Weichselplatz gibt es sehr wenig Verkehr, daher ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig.
Der Kiez bietet alles: einen schönen Park direkt vor der Tür, den Landwehrkanal, tolle Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und eine gute Verkehrsanbindung (U7, 171, 194, M29, M41, M43). In wenigen Minuten ist man in Kreuzberg und Treptower Park.

Voraussetzung:
Mindestens Kaution und erster Monat sind im Voraus zu zahlen.
Keine Haustiere.

We are renting our cozy 2-room apartment from 08.12.2023 to 02.02.2024 in subtenant status. It is a very nice 2 room apartment at Weichselplatz in Neukölln. The apartment is located in the backyard on the 1st floor and is ideal for two people!

Rental costs:
750 Euro for December - 08 till the 31st.
1050 Euro for January the 1st till February 2nd.

1000Euro deposit - In case no damage is found, the deposit will be refunded directly.

About the neighbourhood:
There is very little traffic by the Weichselplatz, so the apartment is very quiet. The neighbourhood has everything you may need: a nice park just in front, the Landwehr Canal, great cafes, bars, restaurants, as well as good transport connections (U7, 171, 194, M29, M41, M43). In a few minutes you can be in Kreuzberg and Treptower Park.
