Da wir im März auf Reisen sind vermieten wir unser Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Schlafcouch, das Bad, die geräumige Küche und unseren Balkon unter. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und wir würden unsere persönlichen Gegenstände in das Schlafzimmer räumen, welches nicht mit vermietet werden soll. Das Zimmer und der Balkon sind zur Südseite ausgerichtet und kriegen viel Sonne ab. Da wir viele Pflanzen haben, wäre es schön, wenn sich jemand findet, der diese gern hat. :D
Since we are travelling most of March we are subletting our living room with a comfortable couch to sleep on, a private bathroom, a large, fully equipped kitchen and our balcony. The apartment is fully furnished and we will move our personal belogings to the bedroom which will be excluded from the subrent. Since we have lots of plants it would be beautiful if we would find someone who enjoys them too and would water them once in a while.
Die Gegend ist ruhig und gut angebunden, Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafes sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wuhlheide und Spree sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die HTW ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn zu erreichen.
The area is calm and peaceful, public transport is very close. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes are reachable in 5 min. walking. Forest Wuhlheide and river Spree are very close as well. You can reach HTW within 10 min walking or by tram.
