Gemütliche 1,5 Raum Wohnung in Wedding

Ich vermiete meine kleine, liebenswerte Wohnung für einen Monat (nach Absprache auch länger) an eine suchende Person, egal ob du gestrandet in Berlin bist, deine Vermieter*in dich plötzlich vor die Tür gesetzt hat oder du hier auf einem Abenteurer unterwegs bist. Jeder ist willkommen, solange meine Wohnung bis zu meiner Rückkehr noch so steht wie zu meiner Abreise und keine Mietkündigung wegen ständiger Ruhestörung oder Vandalismus auf mich zukommt.
Aufgrund der Spontanität meiner Reise habe ich es zwar geschafft die Wohnung so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen aufzuräumen, jedoch entspricht sie wahrscheinlich nicht den Hotel/AirBnB Maßstab. Es ist dennoch ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Ankommen mit vielen tollen und hilfsbereiten Nachbar*innen.

Note about cleanliness:
Although my trip was very spontaneous, I've tidied up my apartment to make it look just like the pictures. Please note that it may not meet the standards of a hotel or Airbnb, but it is definitely a place to feel at home.

Important conditions:
To ensure that my return is as positive as your stay, please leave the apartment in the same condition you found it. Avoiding noise disturbances and vandalism is, of course, essential.
