Ich vermiete meine gemütliche Wohnung für 5 Wochen unter. Die Wohnung hat ein großes schönes Wohnzimmer, mit kleinem Balkon. Hier ist Platz für ne Runde Yoga, ein gemütliches Abendessen oder eine Movienacht auf der Couch mit großem Fernseher :D
Nebenan befindet sich mein Schlafzimmer.
Die Küche ist wohl das kleinste Zimmer (abgesehen vom Badezimmer). Sie ist trotzallem mein lieblings Ort in meiner Wohnung. Sie hat Ihren eigenen Charme und hat alles was man braucht (außer Geschirrspüler ;). Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.

I will rent my cozy flat for 5 weeks in Berlin, Charlottenburg. The flat has a big living room with a little balcony. It has a big TV and a lot of space if you want to do some activities such as yoga :) next to the living room is my bedroom. The kitchen is the smallest room (apart from my bathroom) and has its own little charme (which makes it my favorite place in the flat) its small but has everything you need (exept a dishwasher ;) a washinmashine is also there.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am S Bahnhof Westend (Ringbahn) sowie einer Busstation. Mit der s Bahn ist man sehr gut angebunden. In Berlin weiß ich immer nicht so recht, was das Zentrum ist, aber zum Prenzlauerberg, nach Neukölln oder nach Mitte zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man ca 30 min (was für Berliner Verhältnisse echt gut ist :)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele, alle sind 5-10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Keine 10 min Fußweg ist außerdem der Schlosspark, der eine kleine Ruheoase für mich ist. Hier verbringe ich viel Zeit abseits vom manchmal hektischen Berlin :)
The flat is 5 min located from the train station westend. With this train you will get to diffrent location (like prenzlauerberg/neukölln/alexanderplatz/train central station) in about 30 min. Thats pretty good for Berlins circumstances :D
Nearby there are a lot of diffrent supermarkets (5-10 min walking distance)
About 10 min walking distance there is the schlosspark which is very lovely and a nice place to escape Berlins hectic everydaylife :)
