Fully furnished apartment - Lichtenberg (long term possible)

Hi!

I am subletting a furnished apartment (37sqm) for 4 months (june, july, august, september) with a possibility to take over the contract. My current contract for this apartment is until the end of september, and If the landlord agrees, it is possible to take over the apartment long term.

The apartment has a large penthouse-style balcony facing east (very sunny in the mornings), and it has a separate bedroom with a bed, desk, and a wardrobe, small living room and dining area, bathroom, and a large fully-equipped kitchen. Furnishing is from the landlord, and I do not own any furniture, therefore if the contract takeover happens at the end of the sublease period, all the furnishing stays. Apartment is suitable for couples during the sublease period (you have to clarify with the landlord if this is also possible in the long term).

You can find a lot more information about the building on the link provided. There are a few shared spaces in the building accessible for all tenants, such as a community hangout area, kitchen, small gym, laundry space, beach volleyball court, and rooftop terraces.

Cold rent is 750€ with an additional operating cost of 188€ (incl. internet, electricity, heating, water), for the total fee of 938€.

Deposit is 750€.

In-person and online apartment viewing are both possible.
