Ich biete meine großartige 45qm 1-Raum Wohnung mit Balkon zum Tausch an. Nordspitze Neukoelln am schoenen Kiehlufer, wirklich fast genau an der Grenze zwischen Xberg, Neukoelln und Alt-Treptow.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 minuten zu Fuss von der Weserstrasse entfernt, und 5 minuten vom Görlitzer Park. Die Location ist also unschlagbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubau, was manche Altbaufetischisten vielleicht irgendwie störend fänden, aber ich persoenlich finde es ganz charmant.
Für die Wohnung halte ich noch einen alten Mietvertag, deswegen zahle ich knapp unter 400 Euro warm für eine relativ große Wohnung in einer unheimlich beliebten Gegend. Nebenkosten (Strom+Internet) belaufen sich insgesamt auf etwa €55 pro Monat.
Ich suche eine größere Wohnung, vorzugsweise in Kreuzberg, Nord-NK, Mitte, Tempelhof, Fhain oder Prenzlauer Berg. 2 Zimmer. Gesamtmiete sollte 800 EUR nicht überschreiten.
Außerdem bin ich noch relativ offen, also freue ich mich auf eine Beschreibung deines Tauschobjekts mit ein paar Fotos. Danke!
