We'll be traveling for a month and hence we rent out our top-floor apartment with a big terrace over the month of February (starting Jan 28th). It's fully furnished and we'll be also leaving some of our personal items, but will make sure to make enough room for you.
It's a spacious apartment with a cozy bedroom, spacious bathroom with both a shower and a bathtube and a big living/kitchen area with an access to the terrace and a little desk corner. The apartment is very bright, it lies in a calm neighbourhood next to the canal, yet is within a few minutes walk from the lively Weserstraße. It also gives a lot of privacy: it's the only flat on this floor and the fact that's a rooftop apartment makes you visible only to the birds. It's ideal for a couple. Its distribution doesn't really encourage to use it as a WG.
Bus 171 just over the corner, it'll take you either all the way down to Schönefeld airport passing through Sonnenallee or over to Hermannplatz. You can also walk down the road to catch M41, or all the way to Sonnenallee S-Bahn (10-15 min walk).
We're looking for someone trustworthy and responsible. It's our beloved space and we hope to find well kept once we're back.
