Hello,
we are going to Brazil for a month and a half and are subrenting our apartment for that time period starting 01.02.
The flat is fully furnished and equipped with two bedrooms and a large living room with a balcony. You will find enough storage to put your luggage and bed sheets will be provided as well. The bathroom features a bathtub and a separate shower. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need.
We would offer the appartment for 1.300 € for the total time or 1.000 for only February (which is below what we actually pay).
We live in probably one of the most popular streets of Berlin. You will find multiple bars, cafes and restaurants in the same street. The area is still quiet and the flat is in the back part of the house so you won't hear a lot of noise. 2 Min walking to Tram and U2, which will get you to locations very fast.
