It has 2 big rooms (each around 25-28 sqm I'd say) equipped with a 180x200cm bed and Sofa in each, making it suitable both for a couple or 2 friends/flatmates. Living Kitchen with dishwasher, big bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and dryer, private balcony facing sunset S/W. On the 4th floor, with elevator.
We offer the flat at our same Monthly Rent 1.077 €, which has also been updated to us quite recently - calculated as the average actual €/sqm price for this area.
Total monthly Rent 1.213 € includes the expenses (KaltMiete 1.077 € + HeizK and NebenK 136 €) , WiFi, electricity bills, % of yearly house management costs, hot water
