Cozy Apartment in F-Hain for long term rent

We are going to leave our apartment on May 1st. The landlord has asked us if we know another tenant, so if someone is interested we can do the introductions. It concerns a 1-bedroom apartment in Friedrichshain on the Richard-Sorge-Strasse.

Most important points of attention:

1. Apartment is 65m2 with 1 bedroom. We pay 1030 per month including gas, water & additional costs, excluding electricity. Our contract has an annual increase in the rent. Of course, we do not know to what extent the rent changes for the new tenant.

2. Landlord is a private person, not a professional landlord; he is looking for someone for the long term thus contract has a minimum duration of 2 years. Expect to be asked the regular documents such as Schufa (solicitar ahora) etc

3. Comes with a built in kitchen

4. The incoming tenant would have to take-over the furniture/ washing machine (basically almost everything except the baby stuff you see in the pictures I can send you by PB) for EUR 750.
