Wonderful Flat by the Canal in Neukölln!

Hi there!

We are subletting our beautiful flat located at one of the coolest spots in Neukölln. It is a lovely area with an active social life; restaurants, bars, parks, famous street markets, galleries, etc. Living room with a balcony and bedroom face the backyard which is very quiet. The flat is furnished with everything one might need. We just need clean, responsible, reliable person(s) who will take good care of the room/plants and generally the flat, and be respectful to our lovely neighbours (i.e. no parties or loud chats especially in the balcony).

We want either one person or a couple or close friends (unfortunately pets are not allowed in the house)
The price listed is all included for the entire period for one person. Shorter period stay is also possible, then the price we ask:
- 26 Eur per day for one person stay
- 35 Eur per day for two persons
We surely prioritize applications for the entire period.
